Our Story

“They say that if you want to write a book, you should write a book that you would like to read. So it made sense to us that if we wanted to open a restaurant, we should open a restaurant that we would like to eat at.”
Nomad was born out of the need to create a pleasurable dining experience for both vegans and omnivores alike and is a place that enables everyone to have a good time, safe in the knowledge that both interests are taken care of and respected in the kindest way possible.

  • Our menu is seasonal and will change as different fresh produce becomes available.
  • We ask that you be nomadic in your culinary journey with us – free, fluid and open to exploring new frontiers with your heart, mind and taste buds. Embrace food as it should be – in a constant state of flux.
  • Where possible, animal products in our dishes are locally-produced, grass-fed, organic and free range. Mounting evidence is showing that animal agriculture and the mass consumption and transportation of animal products is becoming increasingly unsustainable as the human population continues to escalate. We therefore encourage our omni-patrons to make a difference by trying one of our delicious vegan dishes as part of their meal.
